E-delivery of the Life Policy
PolicyBox (see more detail below) is a tool for
e-delivery; or any document that needs a downstream process to control it. This is a really cool tool that helps
you reduce your costs, improve customer satisfaction and improve your ability to place cases more effectively.
This product also allows customizations for any market you are active in or by distributor. Included is a
very robust e-signature capability, out of the box, so to speak.
PolicyBox is currently being reviewed by some of the
larger carriers in the industry and is a growing trend in the market place for companies to evaluate for both the LIDMA and
NAILBA groups.
We are working on expansion
of PolicyBox to do more than just the policy as this process can easily be expanded
to many other "documents" in the Life insurance process such as post issue documents for Policy change (amendments,
beneficiary changes, etc).
e-Application (including e-signature)
This is a very robust e-application
tool that has been popular in the agency and direct markets. The tool comes with an approved e-signature that has been
reviewed and approved in several markets including Life Insurance and medical data collection, as examples.
This product is supplied by MARKETech, a premier provider of e-forms processing
and many years of experience in e-signature support.
Call Center Data Collection
ExpressApp is a product
that allows you to set up a call center collection of information for both the Part 1 (Application) and Part 2 (Medical
Data). One of the key features of our product is the ability to fill this out yourself, contract with external
parties to collect this information OR a combination of these. You can add or subtract call centers
based on service and not their ability to set you up and maintain your forms. You control the entire process from an
internal dashboard of data and reports.
ExpressApp also
comes with a robust "client side editing" feature that allows you to get incomplete data collected by the Paramed,
the Proposed Insured via an interactive process. This allows complete freedom to make the process flexible to
your market and business channel.
